As of September 2023, Pingshan has more than 100 primary, middle and high schools, kindergartens, universities and vocational schools, enabling each subdistrict to have at least one high-quality public educational institute. The Shenzhen Medical Academy of Research and Translation’s Pingshan Biopharmaceutics and Industry Incubation Base has been officially registered. The Shenzhen InnoX and X-Institute’s Pingshan campuses have launched multiple summer courses.

As of September 2023, Pingshan has more than 180 medical organizations, including the Pingshan District People’s Hospital, Pingshan District Central Hospital of Shenzhen, Shenzhen Samii Medical Center, Shenzhen Pingle Orthopedics Hospital, Beijing University of Chinese Medicine Pingshan Hall of Chinese Medicine, and the Southern Medical University Hospital of Stomatology in Shenzhen.
